Sony announced the PlayStation TV at E3 2014.
After it was originally released in Japan under the name of Playstation Vita TV, The PlayStation TV will now now be making its way to the U.S., Canada, and Europe later this year.
PlayStation TV’s core focus will be gaming with access to play Vita, PS1, and PSP games. Playstation TV is also expected to allow users to stream content from services like Hulu and others, allows users to manage media, stream their PS4 to another screen.
The device will be priced at $100, and a $140 bundled version is also available which includes a DualShock 3 controller, 8GB memory card, HDMI cable, and the LEGO Movie: The Video Game.
