The bid for Dubai to be the happiest city on the planet has been launched and Smart Dubai, leading on this revolution, is sharing how this feat will be achieved. Dr. Aisha Bin Bishr, Assistant Director-General of the Executive Office, Member of the Smart Dubai Executive Committee and Team Leader of the Smart City Taskforce, says:
