Samsung’s+ app, the company’s support platform for all Galaxy smartphones and tablets just got smarter. Samsung now offers live customer service support through the app with remote device diagnostics and more.
With the new live support, users can connect with a support representative through live video, chat, or phone “7 days a week.”
Samsung will also be able to access your phones (with your approval of course) through the new Assist feature. Assist lets support reps troubleshoot and attempt to fix your phone remotely.
Samsung Assist” feature can be activated once a consumer grants permission, during a video chat or phone call with a support representative, Samsung said.
Samsung+ app also provides a new library of tips and tricks and Galaxy Life, which provides users with access to the latest Samsung innovations, offers, and discounts.
