Samsung has launched ‘Milk Music‘ on the Google Play Store, Milk Music, an ad-free streaming service is launched to compete with Apple’s iTunes Radio music streaming service.
Samsung decided to call it Milk Music. Because it’s allegedly “fresh and organic.” Milk Music is available in the US for now and only for Galaxy-branded devices, Milk Music will be free for a limited time.
The main user interface is a dial with genres all around it. When Spinning the dial, you select the genre you want to listen to. Spin closer to the inside of the circle to access sub-genres. Once there, you can fine tune the station to play between popular songs, new songs, and your favourites.
There’s also a section for setting the music quality to high, turn on explicit content, customize the dial, and more.
The service appears to have no offline mode at the moment, It’s an online only service.
