Remember Palm ? It might come back soon

It appears that Palm might be making a comeback in 2015, this time under the wing of Alcatel and running Android.

A document from the United States Patent and Trademark Office revealed that the brand and all trademarks and logos related to Palm have been transferred to a “shelf company” called Wide Progress Global Limited who’s vice president is also the President of Alcatel Onetouch and TCL.

Mynewpalm.com shows the Palm logo with the words “coming soon, smart move” under it. So far Alcatel OneTouch hasn’t made anything official, but the use of the “smart move” tagline, which is used by Alcatel OneTouch, does point to what analysts are predicting.

Palm and webOS was sold to HP a few years back and then was transferred to LG.
