Polaroid Socialmatic is now up for pre-order

The camera, which is running a customised version of Android is operated through the 4.5-inch display, has a 14-megapixel lens on the front and a 2-megapixel camera on the back for selfies. The device is also bluetooth and GPS enabled. Memory wise, you’ll only get 4GB internally but with an option to expand to 32GB through a memory card.

The camera produces 2 × 3 photos that Polaroid claim they are water-resistant and smudge-proof.
