Google’s Play edition HTC One has started receiving the latest version of Android, 4.4 KitKat. The file is around 320MB and is arriving OTA as of today. You can also directly download the file here (Android 4.3 JWR66Y to Android 4.4 KRT16S for GPe HTC One).
To manually update, just download the update directly to the local storage, then use the “update from phone storage” in the stock recovery.
