Nokia’s shareholders give the GO on sale of devices division to Microsoft

As planed, Nokia’s shareholders have given the GO ahead  on the sale of devices division to Microsoft. The $7.35 billion deal  includes devices and Nokia’s mapping services.

The question that now remains, who’s assuming the CEO position after Ballmer’s departure.
