The Nikon D7200 allows photographers to share adventures in real time via built-in Wi-Fi® connectivity with Near Field Communication (NFC)-support, the latter being a first for Nikon DSLRs.
Abu Dhabi is a strategic market for Nikon, and we see huge business potential because of the booming economy and increased interest in photography. Additionally, consumers are looking for avenues to interact with brands locally, making our presence in Abu Dhabi vital. We are bringing our globally renowned Nikon School for the first time to Abu Dhabi Electronic Shopper 2015, which provides a great platform to reach out to the growing number of photography enthusiasts in the capital, said Narendra Menon, Regional Head Sales and Marketing, Nikon Middle East and Africa.
As part of their on-going dedication to developing photography talent across the region, Nikon is bringing Nikon School for the first time to ADES, with leading experts imparting key DSLR photography skills across three sessions. Nikon School is a global initiative by Nikon consisting of educational photography classes that aims to enhance the creative and technical skills of photographers, educating them on how to make the most of their DSLR camera. The courses cater to participants of all levels, from absolute beginners to professionals, with all classes taught by Nikon-certified instructors.
The Nikon School is free to attend for anyone visiting ADES, and our main aim behind bringing this to the event was to raise awareness about DSLRs and how the cameras can be used anyone looking to capture their life milestones. There is a misconception that DSLRs are only made for professional photographers, and we want to show that this isn’t the case, said ,” said Tarek Abdelrahman, Regional Head, Customer Satisfaction Department, Nikon Middle East and Africa.
The Nikon D7200 will be available at all major retailers at ADES, at the price of AED 6,299. For more information on the new Nikon D7200 and other Nikon products, please visit www.nikon-mea.com
