After Microsoft announced the death of Internet Explorer and the birth of “Project Spartan”, the company has now officially announced the name of its new browser.
Meet Microsoft Edge, the new default browser built into Windows 10.
Edge’s rendering engine is called EdgeHTML. The new browser will focus on simplicity and minimalism and will bring some new features like built-in Cortana support, built-in reader, note-taking and sharing features.
