Microsoft is rolling out free access to Planner, its project management app, to its Office 365 users.
Planner lets users plan team projects and assign collaborators with tasks, share files, set due dates, and offers visual dashboards and email notifications. Planner doesn’t have a mobile apps yet, user would have to instead log in through a browser.

Microsoft says it’s working on apps for Android, iOS and Windows and will roll out new features like the ability to assign tasks to multiple users, external user access and plan templates.
The roll out is free to subscribers of Office 365 Enterprise E1–E5, Business Essentials, Premium, and Education subscription plans.
