Microsoft has officially launched the Surface Pro 3 in the UAE today.
At the launch event in Dubai, Samer Abu Ltaif, Microsoft Gulf’s Regional General Manager said that the UAE is the 31st country to receive the Tablet.
Surface Pro 3 is a tablet and a laptop hybrid. With 1 click, the device transforms from a tablet to a laptop. The Surface Pro 3 is 30 percent thinner than an 11-inch MacBook Air and holds a 12-inch ClearType Full HD display, 4th-generation Intel Core processor and up to 8 GB of RAM, up to nine hours of Web-browsing battery life. In addition, Microsoft introduced the new Surface Pen which has been completely redesigned.
Commercial pre orders for the UAE begin mid-June with availability in August with a later release date for the trail market.
