Looks like China’s Meizu is also getting inspired by Apple’s iPhone 6 design these days. The Chinese smartphone maker has announced its latest smartphone: The Meizu MX4.
To start with, the Meizu MX4 is made from metal with smooth rounded edges (yes, similar to that other phone we mentioned), a protruding camera lens, a super 2K display, and a fingerprint scanner which Meizu calls “mTouch” which will give users the option to pay wirelessly under what the company also calls “mPay”.
The display is 5.5 inches at a 2,560 x 1,536 resolution, or as Meizu likes to call it, 2K+. Underneath, there’s a Samsung’s Octa-core processor, four of which are clocked at 2GHz, and the other four at 1.5GHz with 3GB of RAM.
On the back, the camera is a 20.7-megapixel shooter with a Sony IMX220 sensor and f/2.2 aperture, while the front camera is a 5-megapixel shooter capable of recording 1080p videos.
The handset will be available in China in gray, silver, and of course, gold
Oh, and one more thing, the MX4 has a Retina……sound, or “Retina Sound” speakers.
