One Education has also announced this week that they have started taking reservations for the product with a special promotion allowing the first thousand people to reserve an Infinity for the price of $249 (up to $299) when it’s ready next year.

The Infinity is a laptop, with a detachable keyboard and several of its components built into special modules that can be removed, like the camera, battery and core which contains the processor, RAM, and internal storage.

One Education will be using  an SoC core and aim to let third party modules be connected to the device. The Infinity will launch with an 8.9″ screen, a camera module with 2MP and 5MP cameras, a battery, and a CPU module with a quad-core 1.5GHz CPU, 2GB RAM and 24GB storage. USB-C is the standard connector for all the modules.
