Make your iOS notifications appear on your Mac with Notifyr

Notifyr , an app that makes your iOS Device notifications simultaniously appear on your Mac is now available to download on the App Store for $3.99 and free as a Mac App companion.

You’ll need to install and run the iOS app first on your iPhone (4s and up), install the Mac app on your Macbook and pair them via Bluetooth low-energy technology which is supported on Macs and iOS Devices*.

Once done, notifications on your phone will appear on your Mac just like any other Mac Notification Center alert. The app works with major functions, such as Missed calls, Phone calls,  Facebook Messages, iMessages, etc. The Mac app also allows you to choose which apps you want to mute from showing notifications.

*Bluetooth LE supported Macs include: MacBook Air (2011 or newer), MacBook Pro (2012 or newer), Mac mini (2011 or newer), iMac (2012 or newer), and the Mac Pro (2013).
