Jumbo has introduced jumbo.ae, its new online store. Jumbo says, the newly launched online store promises a new solution with its mix of online and offline model.
What does it mean?
Simple, Jumbo has integrated their online shopping experience with their offline (retail stores) locations in a way to better serve the customer. The mix will allow shoppers to buy a product online and have it collected from one of Jumbo’s 22 physical stores or have it delivered their doorsteps. Similarly, shoppers will also have the option to return the item to any Jumbo physical store.
The online store is split into 2 maim categories: consumer electronics, home appliances.
Jumbo.ae promises next day delivery if orders are placed before 8PM with payments online made possible by PayFort and PayPal. Jumbo also offers Cash On Delivery option.
