Jawbone announced the launch of the UP2 activity tracker in the United Arab Emirates. UP2 is the successor to the popular UP24 band with an all-new industrial design that’s 45% smaller than its predecessor.
The UP2 wristband offers the same new design as the UP3 band, but with a smaller form factor and will retail at AED 479.
We are excited to launch UP2 globally as the stylish successor to UP24, taking up less space on the wrist while still delivering the same advanced features that our users love, said Travis Bogard, vice president of product management and strategy at Jawbone. At an affordable price, we believe it is a best-in-class wearable appealing to the largest sector of the market.
The UP2 tracker features a Smart Coach, an intelligent system that learns your habits and gives you personalized guidance and feedback to help you reach your goals. It provides actionable insights and achievable challenges tailored to improve your sleep, diet and activity. Additionally you can connect to anyone in the UP system for added motivation, using Jawbone devices or a wide range of third-party trackers. You can also tap into the highly personalised experiences, integrated devices and specialty coaching services, including weight loss, sleep quality, smart home integrations and more.
