Ikea is taking wireless charging to the next level. The furniture giant is introducing a line-up which supports Qi wireless charging.
Ikea will soon offer wireless chargers that are built in your nightstands, table lamps, desk lamps, as well as other furniture with the technology pre installed in them. Prices will range from $60 to $120 for a floor lamp.
Ikea will also sell wireless charging inserts that plug into its existing desks and nightstands that come with cord holes. And if that isn’t enough, Ikea is even going to provide a hole saw for those furniture that don’t have openings.
The new line-up is set to hit stores in April in the UK and hopefully the UAE afterwards.
