According to Recode, HTC’s new business unit “HTC Creative Labs” has started developing apps for Android phones in general.

First product to come out of The Creative Labs will be Zoe (which was originally available on the One M7). Zoe can mix up to 16 videos or images form your gallery and lets you  select a theme to add to the images/videos, as well as a soundtrack, and can then automatically create a highlight reel for you to enjoy.

The new Zoe will come out later this week, with more apps from the new unit to follow, as HTC plans to release its own apps to the Android public.
