Hp wants to blend business with pleasure, in their words as they introduce the Elitebook 1030. The EliteBook 1030 sits right between the EliteBook Folio and EliteBook 1040 in the premium business-class portfolio – ideal for a customer who loves the versatility and mobility of a smaller notebook but could benefit from a larger screen.

The EliteBook 1030 is based off of the successful EliteBook 1020. This device features a 12.5-inch (31.75cm) CNC-machined aluminum body, and includes a 13.3-inch (33.78cm) screen with an optional QHD+ (3200×1800) display. This gives you a thin and light notebook that’s designed to pass MIL-STD tests at only 15.7 mm thin and 2.55 lbs (1.16kg).

Other features of the 1030:
- 6th generation Intel® Core™ M processor – which is up to 20 percent faster than the previous generation – and features up to a 512 GB SSD and up to 16 GB of memory, enabling power and performance with a silent, fanless design
- A 4-cell 40 WHr battery for up to 13 hours of battery life, 40 percent longer than the EliteBook 1020
- HP Premium keyboard, which provides consistent and comfortable key strokes, and a ClickPad for Windows 10 gestures for a more intuitive user experience with Windows 10
- Audio by Bang & Olufsen, along with HP Noise Cancelation Software and HP Clear Sound Amp for greater audio and video collaboration; and the device is Skype for Business certified
- Security and manageability tools like HP Client Security, HP Sure Start with Dynamic Protection and HP Touchpoint Manager

The device is available in EMEA now, for a starting price of AED4,037.
