Google has unveiled 3 products in the Nexus line starting with the Nexus 9, an 8.9-inch tablet manufactured by HTC; the Nexus 6, Google’s latest flagship smartphone with a massive 6-inch display manufactured by Motorola Mobility; and the Nexus Player, a streaming media player that connects to TVs and uses Wi-Fi to stream movies and also works as gaming console.
All 3 devices launch with Google’s latest OS dubbed “Lollipop” or Android L as many would still like to call it.
The Nexus 6 will sell for $649, while the Nexus 9 tablet starts at $399 and has an optional keyboard cover selling at $129.
The Nexus Player will sell at $99 and has an optional game controller that will be selling at $39.99. It will be running Android TV, and will be manufactured by Asus. The Nexus Player will be sold in the U.S. and Canada on Google’s Play store in November.
