What would Iron Man use to shave? Gillette of course!
Gillette unveiled a series of new “concept” razors inspired by Marvel comics characters the Avengers in an event this week. Building on the hype of the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron movie, the company has introduced a new stunt targeting fans of The Avengers and claims to have partnered with Stark Industries.
Stan Lee, the iconic American comic book writer, walked out with the XL Gamma razor, which is supposedly equipped with Hulk-like qualities.
The things I’ll do for free razors, Lee said to the crowd. “Can I go home now?”
The new concept razors will be themed around Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, and The Hulk. Gillette said the Avengers-themed razors are only concepts at this point and there are no plans to release them in the market……for now.
Gillette said that Stark Industries came up with a quartet of prototypes which were inspired by characters from “The Avengers” franchise.
