Fujifilm says the new SP-2 is faster, has better image quality, quieter and packs some new customisation options.
The new SP-2 can print photos in 10 seconds at 320-dpi resolution.
The SP-2 is expected to be available in mid-July in the U.S. with a retail price of $200. Instax Mini Film for the printer will sell for $20 for the double-pack of 20.
The SP2 also comes with a companion app that features new filters and templates, Collage template, Split template, SNS Template for printing images that were uploaded to a social networking service, Real Time template and many other.
