By developing for mobile first, we saw that content could shine again in a clean and uncluttered environment. The Web evolved, too, with things like responsive design making for easier reading and navigation. The vision of our founders—to bring a print-like aesthetic to digital content—could finally be realised.
The web version of Flipboard has a responsive design to support multiple formats, and starting today you can subscribe to feeds, browse topics and read stories in a web optimised format for desktop. The interface is just absolutely beautiful and light.
