Samsung announced that the 2014 line of Smart Tvs will include a new level of finger point gesture controls.
“Samsung’s 2014 Smart TV models deliver significantly improved voice interaction and motion control features so that our consumers will be able to enjoy our Smart TV more intuitively,”
said Samsung’s Kyungshik Lee over on the official Samsung Tomorrow blog.
Users will be able to change channel, adjust the volume, and browse content by pointing at the screen.
In addition to gesture controls, Samsung will be upgrading its voice commands and expand the Voice Interaction service to a total of 23 countries globally.
The company will be showcasing all the features during CES 2014, held from January 7 – 10, 2014 in Las Vegas.
