Facebook has been all over the news in the past 24 hours. Here’s a quick recap of the latest updates:
1- Facebook “Donate” button
Facebook unveiled a “Donate Now” button today that gives way for non-profit organisations to take contributions.
19 non-profits will display the Donate Now button as a start, some include UNICEF and Red Cross. Facebook will open the feature to additional organisations as testing progresses.
2- Facebook video ads
Facebook is expected to roll out video ads this week as per a report by WSJ. The ads will auto-play on mobile devices and Web and will begin showing up in News Feeds from Thursday the reports states.
There is still no official confirmation (expected today) and the length of the ads isn’t currently known.

3- Facebook “Dislike” button
No, no, Facebook didn’t roll out a “dislike button, they just updated a giant thumbs sticker pack for Facebook messenger that include a dislike thumb, sore thumb, poke, and lots more.
