Dubizzle has launched their ‘Know Your Rights’ initiative to drive legal transparency in the UAE. The initiative focuses on creating a more transparent environment where buyers, tenants, landlords or sellers are aware of their rights and can safeguard themselves from being subject to unfair situations.
The initiative was born after dubizzle recognized a crucial need to drive legal transparency in the property market, and chose to partner with MIO law firm, one of the leading law firms in the UAE to provide legal guidance and consultancy to the UAE residents. RERA (The Real Estate Regulatory Agency) acknowledged dubizzle’s efforts, which aligns side-by-side with their cause, hence the ‘Know Your Rights’ initiative has been unveiled today.
The ‘Know Your Rights’ initiative offers an easy-to-use consolidated platform of legal information, common questions and answers about the UAE Property law, in addition to a dedicated section where users can submit their questions if they cannot find their answer already.
