Did Liam just recycle the new iPhone screen?

When it comes to technology, or really any other industry out there, we hear of products months before their launch. Whether it’s from tangible leaks, to distributors accidentally unveiling the product or the first four episodes of a season getting uploaded to the internet. Then of course are the companies who blatantly show us their new product without us even noticing, because we aren’t even looking for it.

It’s not often we at Absolute Geeks write an article about a potential device on the basis of evidence that may not even be evidence, but here I am typing this. The evidence that something new has been right under our nose and we never noticed is the following video:

Didn’t see it? Watch it again. If you look closely and tune out Siri’s babbling voice about the climate and saving the world (something Apple is on the forefront) you’ll notice that the iPhone being shown in the video has a thinner bezel than models that are currently out. Yes, this could be the new iPhone, or it could be a sign that I’m in need of a dire visit to the optician due to contracting cataracts. However in my defense I’d like to point out that Apple’s marketing team is second to none when it comes to launching a product and this could be a potential teaser of the next iPhone — and yes, while it is indeed a render of a device in the video and not the actual device, Apple does not make mistakes even when it comes to renders.

Or yes, I might be hallucinating.
