Carl Sagan, the legendary scientist and author behind the original Cosmos: A Personal Voyage which aired for 13 episodes on PBS back in 1980, is getting biopic from Warner Bros.
Warner Bros is now working on a biopic of the late Carl Sagan in collaboration with Ann Druyan, Sagan’s widow. No info yet on who’s writing, directing or even who will be in the cast of the Carl Sagan biopic.
It’s also unclear if friend and colleague Neal deGrasse Tyson will be involved. Tyson hosted an new version of Cosmos last year.
Sagan was also known to moviegoers for having penned the book Contact, which was adapted into a movie back in 1997.
