Apple’s global advertising campaign named “World Gallery” hits the UAE.
The global campaign features pictures taken by iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users from around the globe, and the UAE is part of it.
Apple describes the idea behind the campaign as a way to reflect how iPhone has fundamentally transformed the relationship to photography, and to honour the mobile photography culture that iPhone has played an integral part in creating.
Apple is turning its billboard and print advertising space over to iPhone 6 users to celebrate their creativity and make cities across the globe a little more inspirational.
Among the photographers and photographs chosen by the global campaign is an image taken by UAE’s photographer Ahmed Hattan with his iPhone 6. Hattan’s photo was featured around the world from the US, Germany and Japan.

Another UAE based photographer is David K, who’s photo has also been posted on Apple’s World Gallery page.

“Shot on iPhone 6” photos from 77 individuals across the globe and will be featured in 70 cities in 24 countries.
In Dubai, billboards showcasing the work of various photographers were spotted inside the airport and along Sheikh Zayed Road.
