Apple has unveiled new upgrades to its MacBook Pro with retina display range. The new units now have the newer Intel Haswell processors, with increased RAM as a standard options. The 13-inch Pro models now come with 8GB of RAM, while the 15-inch options has 16GB.
The new models are priced (based on the US store) as follows:
13-inch:
- $1299 – 2.6GHz dual-core i5 processor/ 8GB RAM/ 128GB flash storage
- $1499 – 2.6GHz dual-core i5 processor/ 8GB RAM/ 256GB of flash storage
- $1799 – 2.8GHz dual-core i7 processor/ 8GB of RAM/ 512GB of flash storage
15-inch:
- $1999 – 2.2GHz quad-core i7 processor, 16GB RAM/ 256GB flash storage
- $2499 – 2.5GHz quad-core i7 processor, 16GB RAM/ 512GB flash storage
