In a very welcomed move, Apple has officially launched a Twitter support account.

The new account is set to provide customers with support on all Apple products and services.
We’re here to provide tips, tricks and helpful information when you need it most, and if you have a question, well – we’re here to help with that too, The account description states.
The account is already getting a massive followers base and is responding to support questions.
