The National Geographic channel will run a mini series in the US starting tonight titled “American Genius”.
“American Genius” is an eight-part series that puts two geniuses who made world-changing innovations head to head. The first episode, “Jobs vs. Gates” is subtitled “The Competition to Control the Personal Computer, 1974-1999″.
Check out National Geographic’s dedicated site for the series which offers an interactive timeline showing the evolution of Apple against the evolution of Microsoft. The site has also details of all 8 episodes and their head to head geniuses like “Wright Brothers vs. Curtiss,” and “Hearst vs. Pulitzer”.
