To celebrate its 20th birthday next week, Amazon is introducing Prime Day and offering massive discounts and promotions to its prime members on July 15th. Amazon claims that it will be including “more deals than Black Friday.”
The event will start on Wednesday, July 15 leading up to the day Amazon.com first launched 20 years ago on July 16th with special deals rolling out every 10 minutes. Prime Day sale is open to members in the UK, US, Spain, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, Canada and Austria. Deals will start popping up at midnight and will include seven “Deals of the Day” and thousands of short-term “Lightning Deals.”
The deals will be available for new and existing Prime members.
