The long Eid weekend stars today for many private sector companies. With some of the new shows and movies coming out on Netflix this couldn’t be a better time.
For the Eid break i’m personally excited for the Black Mirror’s new season which is set to come out on 5th June. A dive into the dark and twisted mind of the writes, with the focus this time being around technology.
The almost canceled Designated Survivor also releases on 7th June. While the least season wasn’t the best, it still was an exciting show and I’m ready to give it another chance. Bust most of all I’m ready for it to end (if this is the last season).
This month we also get a new special from the very funny Jo Koy. The special is called Jo Koy: Comin’ In Hot and will release on 12th June.
While the new season was a bit slow for my pacing, season 3 of Jessica Jones might be something to look forward to for Marvel fans. Coming out on 14th June, Season 3 is set to be the last season, hopefully it ends well.

Probably what’s most exciting for the region is the release of Netflix’s first Middle Eastern original, Jinn. Coming out on 13th June, Jinn a story dripping in the supernatural, with a side of mystery.
There are some nice movies also coming out this month. We have the Christopher Nolan masterpiece “The Dark Knight” . Another great movie is Platoon, which originally release 1986. Either can be a good movie night for the boys.
We also see the likes of Magic Mike and What a Girl Wants out this month for your Netflix movie nights.
The cherry on the June Netflix Cupcake is Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse coming out on 26th June. If you haven’t watched this one yet, this is a good time to do so.
If you are looking for more, then browse through all that’s coming out this June. Netflix has a lot to offer.
