Sony is bringing the cinematic experience home with the launch of two new native 4K laser projectors: the BRAVIA Projector 9 and BRAVIA Projector 8. These projectors mark a significant step for Sony, as they are the first in its home cinema lineup to feature the powerful BRAVIA XR Processor, renowned for its exceptional image quality in Sony’s acclaimed BRAVIA TVs.

A Cinematic Spectacle in Your Living Room

These projectors are designed to deliver a truly immersive cinematic experience. They are the first projectors to utilize Sony’s XR Processor, which enables four powerful picture features: XR Dynamic Tone Mapping, XR Deep Black, XR TRILUMINOS PRO, and XR Clear Image. This results in images with rich gradation, deep blacks, and vibrant colors, providing a professional-grade viewing experience from the comfort of your home.

Powered by Sony’s unique Laser light source, the BRAVIA Projector 9 boasts 3,400 lumens of brightness, while the BRAVIA Projector 8 offers 2,700 lumens. This ensures dazzling visuals, even in rooms with ambient light. Gamers will also appreciate the projectors’ support for 4K/120fps, Auto Low Latency Mode, and a 12ms input lag, guaranteeing smooth and responsive gameplay. The BRAVIA Projector 9 even features a Live Color Enhancer for even more vivid images in brighter environments.

Seamless Integration and Sustainability

Sony has designed these projectors with both performance and convenience in mind. They feature a sleek, compact design that seamlessly integrates into any home theater setup. Corner Keystone correction and lens shift functions provide flexibility for installation, even in rooms with challenging layouts. Moreover, Sony remains committed to environmental sustainability, with these new models featuring improved power efficiency and a mercury-free laser light source.

The BRAVIA Ecosystem: A Complete Home Cinema Solution

These projectors join Sony’s expanding BRAVIA home cinema lineup, which includes BRAVIA TVs, soundbars, and other home audio products. By unifying these products under the BRAVIA brand, Sony aims to provide a comprehensive solution for creating the ultimate cinematic experience at home.

Whether you’re a movie enthusiast, a sports fan, or a passionate gamer, the new Sony BRAVIA 4K laser projectors promise to deliver a captivating viewing experience that will transform your living room into a personal cinema.

Key features:

  • Cutting-edge design and compact Native 4K Laser home cinema projector for seamless integration.
  • High brightness (3,400 & 2,700 lumens) for optimal viewing in any lighting condition
  • Powered by the XR Processor for a professional-grade cinematic experience
  • 4K/120 fps and Auto Low Latency Mode with HDMI 2.1 for smooth and responsive gaming
