Samsung has officially introduced the Galaxy S26 Series and Galaxy Buds4 Series in the United Arab Emirates, marking the regional availability of its latest flagship smartphones and wireless audio devices. The launch includes the Galaxy S26 Ultra, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26, along with the Galaxy Buds4 and Galaxy Buds4 Pro. With this release, the company continues to explore the concept of AI-focused smartphones, where artificial intelligence features are embedded across the device experience rather than offered as isolated tools.
According to Samsung Gulf Electronics, early global pre-order figures for the Galaxy S26 Series showed double-digit growth following the devices’ unveiling at Galaxy Unpacked. Among the lineup, the Galaxy S26 Ultra has reportedly attracted the strongest interest from early buyers. The launch reflects broader trends in the smartphone market, where manufacturers are increasingly focusing on AI-driven features designed to streamline everyday interactions, automate routine tasks, and provide context-aware suggestions.
One of the more notable additions in the Galaxy S26 Ultra is a feature called Privacy Display. This built-in display technology is designed to limit side-angle visibility when using the phone in public environments such as cafes, airplanes, or meeting spaces. The goal is to reduce the likelihood of others viewing sensitive information on the screen without requiring a separate screen protector or manual adjustment. Privacy-related hardware and software features have become a growing area of interest across the mobile industry as smartphones increasingly store financial data, personal communications, and work-related information.

From a hardware perspective, the Galaxy S26 Ultra runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for Galaxy, a customized chipset intended to support the device’s performance requirements. The processor delivers upgrades across CPU, GPU, and neural processing capabilities, which are particularly relevant for AI-powered tasks performed directly on the device rather than in the cloud. Local AI processing has become an important topic in the smartphone sector, largely due to concerns around latency, data privacy, and connectivity.
The Galaxy S26 Series also introduces updated Galaxy AI tools designed to simplify common actions. Features such as Now Nudge and Now Brief aim to deliver context-aware information and reminders based on usage patterns and time of day. These functions reflect a broader push within the industry toward systems that anticipate user needs rather than requiring manual navigation through apps and settings.
Camera performance remains a central part of the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s positioning. The device includes improvements in low-light photography and video capture, with updated Nightography video capabilities and a refined Super Steady mode designed to stabilize footage. Editing tools have also expanded with features such as Photo Assist and Creative Studio, which are intended to help users adjust images and video directly on the device without relying heavily on third-party apps.
Alongside the smartphones, Samsung also introduced the Galaxy Buds4 Series in the UAE. The Buds4 and Buds4 Pro focus on audio quality, noise control, and comfort for extended listening sessions. The earbuds feature a redesigned shape that incorporates a blade-style structure with recessed pinch controls. According to the company, the design was developed using large datasets of ear measurements and simulation models intended to improve fit and stability during everyday use.

The Buds4 Pro include a wider woofer along with Adaptive Equalizer and Active Noise Cancellation technology, which are intended to adjust sound output based on listening conditions and user preferences. Integration with AI-powered features and hands-free controls allows the earbuds to interact more directly with compatible Galaxy devices, extending voice commands and audio-based tasks beyond the smartphone itself.
The Galaxy S26 Series and Galaxy Buds4 Series are now available across the UAE through Samsung’s online store, Samsung retail locations, mobile carriers, and selected electronics retailers. The Galaxy S26 lineup comes in several colors, including Cobalt Violet, White, Black, and Sky Blue, with additional Samsung.com exclusive options such as Pink Gold and Silver Shadow. The Galaxy Buds4 Series is available in Black, White, and Pink Gold.
Pricing for the Galaxy S26 range in the UAE starts at AED 3,599 for the Galaxy S26 with 256GB of storage. The Galaxy S26+ begins at AED 4,299 for the 256GB version, while the Galaxy S26 Ultra starts at AED 5,099 for the 256GB model and reaches AED 7,099 for the 1TB configuration.
Additional promotional offers for buyers include bundled digital services through Samsung Members and trade-in discounts that can reach up to AED 2,599 depending on the device exchanged. Optional coverage through Samsung Care+ is also available, offering extended warranty protection, accidental damage repair services, and technical support for Galaxy devices.
