Samsung has officially confirmed that its next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on July 9, 2025, in Brooklyn, New York. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 10 AM ET and will be streamed live on the company’s website and YouTube channel.
The event is expected to serve as the launch platform for Samsung’s newest foldable smartphones and wearable devices, although the company has not provided specific product names. Instead, the announcement referenced “next-generation Galaxy devices” and emphasized a focus on a “new AI-powered interface” backed by upgraded hardware.
A teaser video released by Samsung ends with the phrase “Ultra Unfolds,” sparking speculation about a potential high-end folding model. However, industry sources suggest that a folding “Ultra” device is unlikely to be part of this launch.
Although unconfirmed by Samsung, leaks and ongoing rumors point to the unveiling of several key products. These are believed to include the Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7, and a Galaxy Z Flip7 FE model. The Galaxy Watch8 series is also expected to debut.
Samsung’s mid-year Unpacked events typically focus on foldables and wearables, and the 2025 iteration appears to follow that pattern. The emphasis on AI integration across devices signals Samsung’s continued effort to unify its ecosystem with smarter, more adaptive software experiences.
