RØDE launches Bright Friday with new color variants and accessory bundles

RØDE is introducing its Bright Friday campaign, a more colorful alternative to the usual Black Friday promotions, highlighting the company’s growing lineup of microphones and accessories offered in multiple color variants. Rather than pushing discounts alone, this year’s promotion centers on bundling select products with matching accessories and showcasing new additions to RØDE’s expanding palette-driven approach to creator gear.

The Bright Friday offers pair certain products with free, color-coordinated add-ons. Buyers of the Wireless GO (Gen 3) will receive an Interview GO handheld adapter at no additional cost, while purchases of the PodMic USB together with the PSA1+ studio arm include a complimentary WS14 windshield. These bundles are available globally through participating dealers, and the Wireless GO offer is also available on RØDE’s website. While the promotion leans heavily on aesthetics, it also reflects a broader industry trend of accessories being treated not just as tools, but as ways for creators to personalize their setups.

RØDE has spent the past year broadening the color selections across several of its most visible accessories. The PSA1+ studio arm now comes in a wide range of hues—red, blue, orange, pink, purple, and green—giving users the option to integrate their gear more easily into themed studios or streaming setups. The Interview GO adapter, designed to convert any Series IV wireless transmitter into a handheld microphone, is available in the same color choices. This extension of the lineup frames customization as part of the user experience, rather than an afterthought.

The company is also launching the Interview Micro alongside the Bright Friday campaign. This smaller handheld adapter works with the Wireless Micro transmitter and is aimed at creators who need an easy option for interviews, vox pops, and location recording. It is available in blue, red, and orange, as well as black and white to match the Wireless Micro color range. The growing catalog underscores RØDE’s effort to appeal to creators who want consistent visual themes in their filming environments or field workflows.

Beyond the product launches, RØDE positions Bright Friday as another gesture in its ongoing series of creator-focused initiatives, which include the RØDE Creator of the Year Awards. Although the marketing emphasizes vibrant color schemes and coordinated gear, the broader message centers on offering tools that support a range of creative styles and working environments.

The Bright Friday promotion runs from November 18 to December 16 (AEDT), and the new color variants of the Interview Micro, PSA1+, and Interview GO are available now.
