Ring is launching its first 4K security cameras and doorbells, marking a major step in its lineup of home monitoring devices. The new range introduces both 2K and 4K models, equipped with AI-enhanced video processing and redesigned hardware aimed at delivering sharper clarity and improved reliability. Availability begins later this year in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

At the center of the upgrade is “Retinal Vision,” a new imaging system that uses automated tuning and AI optimization to enhance video quality in real time. The system is designed not only to sharpen details but also to improve how features like motion detection and night vision perform by providing cleaner, more lifelike visuals.

The 4K range includes the Spotlight Cam Pro and Floodlight Cam Pro. Both devices feature up to 10x enhanced zoom, color viewing in low light, and adaptive night vision. Spotlight Cam Pro comes with 600-lumen lights suited for smaller areas such as side gardens and patios, while Floodlight Cam Pro is fitted with 2000 lumens to illuminate and monitor larger outdoor spaces like driveways and backyards.

Also in the 4K lineup are the Wired Video Doorbell Pro and Outdoor Camera Pro. These models combine high-resolution capture with adaptive night vision, improved low-light performance, and 3D motion detection. They’re designed for users who want clear, detailed coverage at entry points and outdoor perimeters.

For those who don’t need 4K, the Wired Video Doorbell Plus and Indoor Camera Plus provide Retinal 2K video with up to 4x zoom, maintaining improved low-light color performance and adaptive night vision. These models are tailored for indoor use and entryway monitoring.

The Outdoor Camera Pro is scheduled for release in the UAE and KSA later this year, while the rest of the new devices are expected to arrive in early 2026.
