OPPO is introducing its latest Reno14 Series in the UAE on July 31, bringing new AI-powered imaging tools, a vivid design language, and enhanced productivity features through a deeper collaboration with Google Gemini. The launch comes at a time when smartphone users are seeking more from their devices—not just in performance, but in how they capture and enhance daily experiences.
The Reno14 Series includes three models: the Reno14 F 5G, Reno14 5G, and the top-tier Reno14 Pro 5G. Each model is designed with a focus on smart imaging and seamless AI integration. While the Reno14 F 5G features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display and dual-flash camera system, the Reno14 5G steps up with a 50MP 3.5x telephoto lens on a flat 6.59-inch screen. The Reno14 Pro 5G tops the range with a 1.5K 120Hz OLED panel and MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, alongside a triple 50MP camera setup aimed at more advanced photography needs.

Central to the lineup is OPPO’s AI Flash Photography—a feature designed to improve low-light and zoom shooting using a dedicated focus flash and upgraded multi-flash configurations. Across all models, this approach enhances facial detail and color accuracy while reducing overexposure, particularly in unpredictable lighting conditions.
The new hardware is backed by AI Livephoto 2.0, which blends short and long exposures in real time to better capture motion. Whether it’s street scenes or quick family moments, the feature is built to freeze life mid-action with more clarity than traditional burst modes.
Video creators and mobile storytellers will find support in 4K HDR recording and an array of editing tools like AI Perfect Shot and AI Recompose. These additions simplify framing and retouching without requiring third-party apps.
Aesthetic appeal hasn’t been overlooked. The Reno14 Series debuts the Iridescent Mermaid Design, a layered finish created through a proprietary 12-step process. Inspired by fluid light and shimmering textures, the design caters to fashion-forward users looking to stand out from standard smartphone palettes.
On the software side, OPPO is rolling out ColorOS 15 with new productivity tools such as AI Mind Space—a system aimed at helping users summarize notes, translate information, and manage schedules more efficiently. A deeper collaboration with Google sees Gemini AI embedded into the Reno14 Series, enabling hands-free interactions across OPPO Notes, Calendar, and Clock through natural language prompts. Users will be able to press and hold the side button to activate Gemini, making tasks like saving travel plans or summarizing documents more streamlined.
The Gemini integration also lays the groundwork for multi-app workflows. For example, users watching a YouTube recipe video can ask Gemini to extract the steps and store them in OPPO Notes, or request that appointment details be added directly to OPPO Calendar. This builds on OPPO’s broader goal of making AI features more practical, especially in mobile routines.
Pre-orders for the OPPO Reno14 Series open on July 31, coinciding with the launch event in Dubai. The series is expected to appeal to UAE consumers seeking a balance of performance, design, and AI-enabled usability—especially those invested in photography, social content, and smart productivity on the go.
