NVIDIA is bringing DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation to more titles this month, alongside a new GeForce Game Ready Driver that optimizes performance for recent releases and expands G-SYNC compatibility.
DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation will now be available in:
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 – Already one of the year’s highest-rated titles, the game launched with DLSS Super Resolution and DLAA. The new update adds DLSS 4, Frame Generation, and NVIDIA Reflex for GeForce RTX 40 and 50 Series cards, improving frame rates and reducing latency.
- Dead Take – A first-person psychological horror game from BAFTA-winning Surgent Studios. At launch, RTX owners can enable DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, DLSS Frame Generation, and DLSS Super Resolution.
- Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma – Players can enable DLSS Frame Generation and DLSS Super Resolution across RTX GPUs, with RTX 50 Series cards also supporting DLSS 4 for additional performance gains.
The update also brings improvements to other titles:
- 7 Days to Die – Now supports DLSS Super Resolution and DLAA following a major update, giving players the option to boost performance or image quality.
- Mafia: The Old Country – Optimized in the new driver alongside Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
In addition to game-specific updates, NVIDIA has added support for 62 new G-SYNC Compatible displays, ensuring a baseline Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) experience for smoother gameplay.

Driver and Support Updates:
The August 2025 Game Ready Driver is available now. NVIDIA also confirmed that after its final Game Ready Driver release in October 2025, GPUs based on Maxwell, Pascal, and Volta architectures will shift to quarterly security updates until October 2028. Windows 10 Game Ready Driver support for all RTX GPUs will continue until October 2026, a year past the OS’s official end-of-life date.
For players on supported hardware, DLSS 4’s Multi Frame Generation can offer significant performance boosts in demanding titles. However, the benefits will vary depending on GPU generation, with the newest RTX 50 Series cards best positioned to take full advantage.
