Jahez and noon have announced a new strategic partnership that will integrate their respective delivery ecosystems, creating a more unified and efficient commerce experience across Saudi Arabia. The collaboration links noon’s quick-commerce service, noon Minutes, with Jahez’s food delivery network, which includes over 50,000 restaurants operating in more than 100 cities.
Through the partnership, users of both platforms will gain expanded access to each company’s services without leaving their preferred app. Jahez customers will soon find a new “noon Minutes” option within the Jahez app, enabling them to shop across multiple product categories fulfilled directly through noon’s dark store network. Conversely, noon app users will be able to order food through Jahez’s extensive restaurant network, with Jahez managing delivery logistics and operations.
The integration is being positioned as a way to extend Jahez’s reach in quick commerce without significant new infrastructure investment, while strengthening noon’s position in food delivery. By connecting two established ecosystems, both companies aim to increase customer engagement, improve order frequency, and enhance overall convenience. Subscribers to Jahez Prime and noon One will continue to receive their existing benefits, including free delivery across both platforms.
Jahez CEO Ghassab Bin Mandeel described the partnership as an important evolution for the company, expanding its role beyond food delivery and reinforcing its focus on customer lifestyle and accessibility. He emphasized that combining noon’s rapid-commerce capabilities with Jahez’s restaurant network creates a more cohesive experience for users. noon CEO Faraz Khalid said the partnership supports noon’s broader mission of serving daily customer needs and praised Jahez as a trusted Saudi brand that aligns with noon’s commitment to speed and quality.
The rollout will occur in phases, with noon Minutes launching inside the Jahez app in November 2025, followed by Jahez’s integration into the noon app in December 2025. Both companies will maintain independent operations while collaborating on fulfillment and customer experience improvements.
The partnership signals a growing convergence in the region’s digital commerce landscape, where food delivery and quick-commerce services are increasingly merging into multi-service platforms. As both companies continue to scale, the collaboration could help set a new standard for convenience and cross-platform integration in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding on-demand economy.
