A broad new lineup of connected devices has been unveiled, spanning streaming, e-readers, smart speakers, and home security. The focus this year is on faster performance, AI-powered features, and designs meant to integrate more seamlessly across the home.
For entertainment, the Fire TV Stick 4K Select arrives as the most affordable 4K streaming option in the range. It runs on a new, more efficient operating system and is set to support services such as Xbox cloud gaming. The television family also receives an update: the entry-level 2-Series offers crisp HD, while the 4-Series provides 4K at 30% faster performance than previous models. At the top end, the Omni QLED line is 40% quicker, 60% brighter, and adds room-sensing features that power the screen on when someone enters and off when they leave.

Reading and productivity are also evolving. The Kindle Scribe now comes in three redesigned models that are lighter, thinner, and faster. A new Colorsoft edition introduces the first color display for the series, using a filter and LED system designed for eye comfort while retaining a natural pen-to-paper feel. Enhanced software brings AI-driven search, multi-color annotations, and cloud sync with Google Drive and OneDrive, positioning the Scribe as both a reader and a digital notebook.

Smart security takes a leap with the first 4K Ring cameras, debuting Retinal Vision technology to capture video closer to natural eyesight. The lineup covers doorbells, outdoor floodlight cams, and compact indoor models. Blink adds new 2K options, including the Blink Mini 2K+ and the Blink Arc, which combines two cameras into a seamless 180-degree view to eliminate blind spots.

The Echo family also sees four new entries. Each device features custom silicon with an AI accelerator, laying the groundwork for next-generation voice capabilities. Updated Echo Show displays now feature edge-to-edge glass with improved visuals, while the Echo Dot Max emphasizes deeper bass and the redesigned Echo Studio delivers spatial audio and Dolby Atmos in a smaller form factor.

Across categories, the theme is clear: hardware is being tuned for speed, smarter AI integration, and better synergy between devices. Whether it’s cross-service watchlists on Fire TV, color note-taking on Kindle, or panoramic security coverage with Blink, the updates aim to build a more unified and responsive smart home experience.
