LG Electronics has introduced its 2025 lineup of OLED evo and QNED evo televisions to the Gulf market, continuing its effort to bring premium display technologies to regional consumers. With a focus on AI integration, image fidelity, and adaptive personalization, the latest models aim to align with evolving viewing preferences in both performance and scale.
At the center of the OLED evo range are the G5 and M5 models, powered by LG’s α11 AI Processor 4K Gen2. This processor enables real-time pixel-level adjustments across 8.3 million pixels, refining sharpness and depth across a wide range of content. The combination of the α11 chip and LG’s Brightness Booster Ultimate technology is claimed to deliver peak brightness levels significantly beyond standard OLED panels—up to three times brighter in some instances. These displays also emphasize deep black performance and high color accuracy under various lighting conditions, backed by third-party verifications.

On the QNED evo side, models like the QNED92 utilize the α8 AI Processor 4K Gen2 and LG’s Nano Technology to produce a broader color spectrum. The QNED panels are certified for full 100% Color Volume, which supports richer tones and better vibrancy, especially in high-dynamic-range content. The inclusion of Precision Dimming Pro in the QNED92 allows for localized control of the mini LED backlight, improving contrast and revealing fine detail in complex scenes.
Artificial intelligence plays a broader role across both series. Beyond processing image and sound, the integrated LG AI platform enhances user interaction with features like voice recognition, personalized recommendations, AI Search, and voice-activated commands through the AI Magic Remote. These systems are designed to learn user preferences over time, adjusting both audio and visual profiles to suit individual tastes. The OLED evo models further expand the audio experience with upmixing capabilities that simulate a 11.1.2-channel surround environment from basic stereo sources.

Both lineups offer large-format options aimed at home viewers seeking cinema-style setups in living rooms or dedicated entertainment spaces. LG has tailored the new models to address usage patterns and environmental conditions common across the Gulf region, emphasizing clarity in bright settings and flexibility in ambient lighting.
While the OLED evo models target users prioritizing contrast precision and cinematic color accuracy, the QNED evo line offers an alternative with brighter output and expanded HDR performance, potentially appealing to those who consume a wider range of broadcast and gaming content.
With the Gulf market continuing to adopt large-screen, high-performance televisions, LG’s 2025 range enters a competitive segment where AI-driven customization and display longevity are becoming key differentiators.
