Apple is about to make managing your iCloud Mail a whole lot easier with several new features rolling out in iOS 18.Though the official iOS 18 release is slated for September 16th, these iCloud Mail updates may not be immediately available, but they are definitely worth waiting for.

The new cleanup tools are designed to declutter your inbox and reclaim precious storage space. You’ll be able to access these tools across various platforms, including the Mail app on your device, the iCloud website, and even within the iCloud Mail settings.

One standout feature is the ability to create time-based rules to manage old emails. Imagine automatically deleting or archiving all those unread promotional emails older than a year. This is just one example of the smart cleanup actions you can set up once the Mail categories feature is rolled out in a future iOS 18 update.

Tired of receiving unwanted emails? iOS 18 also offers a handy unsubscribe and delete feature. This lets you unsubscribe from multiple senders in one go, ensuring their future emails are banished directly to the Trash.

So while you might have to wait a little bit longer for these enhancements to hit your iCloud Mail, they’re sure to make your email experience a whole lot smoother and more organized.
