Huawei is using this year’s GITEX GLOBAL to present a comprehensive vision for how artificial intelligence can reshape infrastructure, industries, and public services. Under the theme “All Intelligence,” the company’s presence at the Dubai World Trade Centre from October 13–17, 2025, reflects its focus on embedding AI into the foundation of digital transformation across the Middle East and Central Asia. As a Platinum Sponsor, Huawei is positioning itself not just as a technology provider, but as a long-term partner in developing scalable, secure, and intelligent systems for the region’s next phase of industrial growth.
Occupying a 1,200-square-meter space, Huawei’s booth is structured around five themes: Accelerate Industrial Intelligence, Partner Park, Huawei Cloud, Intelligent Data Center, and Intelligent Campus. Across these zones, visitors can explore more than 80 solutions and 40 interactive demonstrations — from AI-native networks and next-generation optical systems to cloud-based analytics and smart campus frameworks. The aim is to showcase how AI can move from abstract potential to practical deployment, powering sectors such as government, energy, finance, transportation, and education.
Phillip Gan, President of Huawei Middle East and Central Asia, emphasized that the company’s mission is to make AI “accessible and actionable” for every industry, grounding innovation in infrastructure that enterprises can trust. The technologies on display include the Xinghe AI Network, AI Data Lake storage systems, and new AI-native cloud platforms designed to handle complex workloads while maintaining efficiency and security.
One of the company’s key announcements is its GovTech 1.0 framework — a blueprint for accelerating government digital modernization. Built on four pillars (Application Intelligentization, Data Harmonization, Platform Standardization, and Network Broadbandization), the framework aims to guide public-sector organizations toward more connected, data-driven operations.
Collaboration remains central to Huawei’s regional strategy. At GITEX, it is introducing over 20 new industry solutions and 30 SME-focused products, alongside enhanced partner programs under its Partner Park initiative. The company plans to host more than 100 sessions, including 18 industry forums and 23 open talks, exploring applied AI, cybersecurity, digital power, and cross-sector innovation.
As the lead sponsor of GITEX Cyber Valley, hosted by the UAE Cybersecurity Council, Huawei is highlighting its AI-driven approach to digital security. Sean Yang, the company’s Global Cyber Security and Privacy Officer, will discuss the need for strong governance and technical safeguards in his keynote, “Strengthening Data and AI Infrastructure Security and Safeguarding All Intelligence.” The company’s new Xinghe Intelligent SASE Solutions exemplify this focus, offering adaptive protection for enterprises navigating increasingly complex threat environments.
In telecommunications, Huawei continues to drive 5.5G adoption and intelligent connectivity with global carriers, pointing to more than 2.1 billion 5G users worldwide by the end of 2024. Its B2B Digital Transformation Forum at GITEX will explore how carriers can leverage AI to develop new service models and operational efficiencies.
Cloud computing remains another pillar of Huawei’s expansion. The company is showcasing its AI compute service and Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) offerings, which support open-source foundation models and enterprise-level deployment. Its AI full-stack ecosystem includes ModelArts for model development, Versatile for intelligent agents, GaussDB and TaurusDB for data management, and DataArts Studio for governance and analytics — all demonstrating Huawei Cloud’s transition from “cloud-native” to “AI-native.”
Huawei is also spotlighting education as a catalyst for inclusive innovation. Its Smart Education Forum on October 14 will present an Intelligent Education blueprint in collaboration with UNESCO, outlining how AI tools and infrastructure can help schools and institutions modernize curricula, improve access, and personalize learning.
Through these initiatives, Huawei’s GITEX showcase encapsulates its ambition to merge AI with industry infrastructure — connecting cloud, connectivity, and security into one ecosystem that can scale intelligently. Attendees can visit Huawei’s booth in Hall 22 throughout the event to explore these solutions and engage directly with the company’s experts.
