Fujifilm adds “Gentle Rose” colorway to its hybrid instax mini Evo camera

Fujifilm Middle East has expanded its popular hybrid instant camera lineup with a new colorway — “Gentle Rose” — for the instax mini Evo™. The addition brings a softer, fashion-forward tone to the camera’s existing finishes of Black and Brown, positioning it squarely at the intersection of lifestyle and creativity.

The instax mini Evo blends digital convenience with the tactile experience of analog photography, printing images instantly on Fujifilm’s signature card-sized film. The camera allows users to shoot digitally, preview shots on an LCD screen, and print favorites on demand — bridging social-media spontaneity with the timeless charm of printed photos.

The new Gentle Rose finish arrives as Fujifilm taps into the growing trend of pastel tech aesthetics. While the original instax mini Evo has already gained recognition for its retro-inspired controls and award-winning design — including honors from both the Red Dot Design Award and iF Design Award — this new edition leans into a softer, more expressive personality.

The camera features 10 lens effects and 10 film filters, offering up to 100 creative combinations that give users wide flexibility to experiment with tone, light, and mood. Its hybrid nature also means it doubles as a smartphone printer: users can print photos directly from their phones, merging digital convenience with instant film nostalgia.

Fujifilm’s design philosophy with the mini Evo remains consistent — accessible creativity wrapped in refined craftsmanship. The analog-style lens and film dials, along with the signature print lever, deliver a tactile experience that encourages slower, more intentional photography.

The “Gentle Rose” edition continues this tradition but repositions the mini Evo as more than a tech gadget. It’s a style statement — a portable creative tool designed for those who see photography as part of personal expression. With its warm rose tone and compact form, Fujifilm aims to capture a younger, trend-aware demographic that values both design and authenticity.

The instax mini Evo™ Gentle Rose will be available from September 25, 2025, priced at USD 250. Regional pricing starts at AED 899 in the UAE, SAR 999 in Saudi Arabia, QAR 999 in Qatar, and IQD 287,000 in Iraq.

By refreshing one of its most successful hybrid instant cameras with a distinct new finish, Fujifilm continues to bridge analog heritage with contemporary lifestyle appeal — inviting users to, quite literally, print their pink era.
