Dreame Technology has opened a new flagship store at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, reinforcing its ambitions in the Middle East’s luxury smart home market. The store, located on the first floor of one of the region’s most prominent shopping destinations, marks Dreame’s second major retail opening in the UAE this year following the debut of its Dubai Hills Mall location in April.
The launch highlights Dreame’s effort to establish a stronger footprint in premium retail spaces while introducing products aimed at high-end households. Central to the opening is the H15 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum, a device the company promotes as the first of its kind to feature an AI-powered robotic arm for cleaning edges and corners without gaps. The H15 Pro also brings an advanced hot water self-cleaning system, three app-controlled cleaning modes, and improved water distribution over earlier models, positioning it as a showcase of the company’s emphasis on hygiene-focused home technology.
In addition to the H15 Pro, the Mall of the Emirates store is the first in the region to preview Dreame’s upcoming television product line, which is expected to launch in September. This signals the company’s move beyond floor care into broader categories of smart appliances, with a focus on design and performance to appeal to luxury-conscious consumers.

Dreame has also leaned into service guarantees, offering a two-year warranty on eligible products along with after-sales support in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Beyond its retail push, the company paired the launch with a donation initiative benefiting the Rashid Center for People of Determination, underlining a commitment to social responsibility alongside its commercial ambitions.
The expansion comes amid a period of strong market performance. According to Frost & Sullivan, Dreame currently holds the top market share for robot vacuums in 18 countries worldwide, including the UAE. By targeting premium shopping hubs and introducing flagship products in step with global launches, the company is positioning itself as a competitor in the region’s growing luxury smart appliance sector.
