DJI has unveiled the Osmo Nano, an ultra-compact action camera designed for wearability and versatility. With a modular two-part design, the camera consists of a tiny main body and a detachable Multifunctional Vision Dock that houses the display and additional electronics.

The main camera module weighs just 52g and is waterproof up to 10m, while the dock adds 72g and is IPX4-rated, meaning it can’t go underwater. Inside the Nano is a new 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor capable of capturing 6880 x 5160 photos (up to 35MP) with 13.5 stops of dynamic range. Video recording supports 4K at 60fps in standard mode, 120fps in slow motion, and 10-bit D-Log M, offering flexibility for color grading. Stabilization is handled by DJI’s RockSteady 3.0 and HorizonBalancing systems.
Battery life varies depending on setup. The main unit includes a 520mAh battery, good for about 90 minutes of 1080p/24fps video. When docked, the 1300mAh battery extends recording to 200 minutes with the display off. Charging requires the dock and takes roughly 20 minutes to reach 80%. Storage options include 64GB or 128GB internal memory, with the dock supporting microSD cards up to 1TB.

The dock also integrates a 1.96-inch OLED touchscreen (314×556 resolution, 800 nits peak brightness), which can be used for live monitoring whether the camera is attached or connected wirelessly.
DJI is offering a wide array of mounting accessories, including a Magnetic Hat Clip, Lanyard, Headband, Chest Strap, Ball-Joint Adapter, and Foldable Adapter Mount, alongside optional ND filters and a protective lens cover. This modular accessory ecosystem positions the Osmo Nano as a wearable action camera suited for activities ranging from sports and travel to creative vlogging.
Pricing starts at €279 for the 64GB model and €309 for the 128GB model, both bundled with the dock, essential mounts, a protective case, and a USB-C cable.
